Sabrina’s Chicken Bites with Captain Mike’s
Procedure
- Pound tenderloins flat by wrapping in plastic wrap and flattening with coffee cup
- Cut into bite size pieces
- Mix with olive oil and Capt. Mike’s
- Heat non-stick pan on medium high
- Lay chicken flat on pan, cook on medium- high for 2 mins
- Deglaze with tiny bit of butter, flip
- Cook another 2 min, serve
Don’t overload the pan. Cook in small batches to allow browning and avoid “poaching” the chicken.
Excellent with Sabrina’s Spicy Dip.
