Our History
Formed in 1993, Barataria Spice Company was owned and operated by Mike Hymel for over 25 years. In 2019, he decided to pass the business down to me, Sabrina Hymel Bethurum, and my husband, Greg Bethurum, keeping it in the family.
Today, we operate as Cypress Spice Company.
